How it works

The useful question is never "how many comments did I get". It is "which post brought in people who actually wanted something". ReplyZen answers the second one by reporting on the automation, not the post.

Basic analytics are on both plans. Creator adds per-account analytics and a longer history window — 30 days instead of 7.
