What these terms cover

These terms are an agreement between you and ReplyZen about your use of replyzen.com. By using the site, you accept them. If you do not, the remedy is simple and we will not be offended: stop using the site.

They do not govern the ReplyZen product, because there is no ReplyZen product to use yet. Separate terms will cover accounts, subscriptions and Instagram connections, and they will be published before the first account can be created — not after.

The site today

Every page here describes software that is in development. Features, limits, templates and prices are what we intend to ship. They are written down because a specific plan is more useful to you than a vague one, not because you are entitled to any particular feature on any particular date.

Concretely, and without softening it:

• No account can be created.
• No Instagram account can be connected.
• No automation is running, for anyone, anywhere.
• No payment can be made and no card details are collected.
• We have not announced a launch date.

If you need a working Instagram automation tool today, ReplyZen is not it, and we would rather say so here than have you find out after signing up to a list.

Early Access

Joining the Early Access list is an expression of interest. It is not an order, a reservation, a subscription, or a promise that you will be given an account.

• We will email you when accounts can be created. That is the only thing the list is for.
• Accounts will be opened in the order people joined. If we cannot open accounts in that order for a technical reason, we will say so rather than quietly reordering.
• You can leave at any time by asking, and you do not need to give a reason. See the privacy policy for how.
• Joining does not lock in a price, a feature set, or a launch date.

Pricing shown here

The pricing page lists two plans — Free at ₹0 and Creator at ₹399 per month, or ₹3,600 per year. These are the prices we intend to launch with, in Indian Rupees, for the Indian market.

Because nothing is on sale, no price here creates a binding offer. If the published prices change before launch, the pricing page will change first and this paragraph will not be used to hold you to an earlier number. Usage limits described on that page — 1,000 runs, 25,000 runs, automation counts, gate completions — are the limits we intend to enforce, and they will be written into the product terms when those exist.

Using this site

You are welcome to read, link to, and quote this site. Please do not:

• Attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the site or anything serving it.
• Scrape it at a volume that degrades it for other people.
• Copy the site wholesale and present it as your own, or use the ReplyZen name or logo in a way that suggests a relationship that does not exist.
• Submit someone else's email address to the Early Access form. That form is for people who want to hear from us, and signing up on someone else's behalf is not a favour to them.

Our content

The text, design, code, illustrations and the ReplyZen name and logo on this site belong to us. You may quote from it with a link back to the page you took it from. You may not republish it as your own.

The product screens shown on this site are our own design work. They illustrate how the product is intended to work.

Your content

You keep everything you send us. If you email us, your message is yours. If you join the Early Access list, your email address is yours — we hold a copy so we can write to you, and nothing more, as described in the privacy policy.

Once the product exists, the same principle will apply to your comments, messages, and the leads you collect: they are yours, and you will be able to export them and delete them.

Instagram and Meta

ReplyZen is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or partnered with Meta Platforms, Inc. or Instagram, and nothing on this site should be read as claiming otherwise. Instagram is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc., used here only to describe what the software works with.

Using any Instagram automation means operating inside Instagram's own terms and platform policies. Those are between you and Meta, and we cannot waive them, interpret them for you, or protect you from them. When the product launches, its terms will set out plainly what it does and does not do on your behalf.

No warranty

This website is provided as it is. We have taken care over it, but we do not warrant that it will be available without interruption, that it is free of errors, or that everything described on it will be built exactly as described. Where we know something is uncertain — the launch date, in particular — we have said so on the page rather than in a footnote here.

Limitation of liability

Because nothing is being sold on this site, there is no commercial relationship to apportion risk over. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of this website or from decisions you take based on what it describes.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here is intended to reduce rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Changes to these terms

These terms will change when the product launches, because they will need to cover accounts and subscriptions. The date at the top of the page changes whenever the text does.

Before launch, the changes to expect are small — corrections, clarifications, the removal of things that stopped being true. We will not use a quiet edit to take something away from you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, which is the market ReplyZen is being built for.

We have deliberately not named a company registration number, a registered address, or a specific court here, because the operating entity is not yet registered and inventing those details would make this page look more settled than it is. They will be added, and this paragraph replaced, before the product launches and before anyone can pay us anything.
