02 Pricing questions
Billing, limits, cancellation and what actually happens when you hit a ceiling.
There are two plans. Free is ₹0 for life — one Instagram account, 1,000 automation runs a month and two active automations. Creator is ₹399 a month, or ₹3,600 a year (₹300 a month when billed annually) — two accounts, 25,000 runs a month and unlimited active automations. The Creator plan includes a 30-day free trial with no credit card required.
One run is one comment processed end to end. If someone comments GUIDE and ReplyZen sends them a DM, that is one run. If they complete a gate afterwards, that is still the same run — gates are counted separately against their own limits.
Your automations stop processing new comments for the rest of the month rather than charging you for overage. Nothing is deleted and nothing is charged to a card you did not approve. Limits reset at the start of your next billing month.
Yes. You can attach several keywords to the same piece of content, each with its own message. A Reel promoting a free guide and a paid course can send different DMs depending on which word someone comments.
The Free plan supports one Instagram account. The Creator plan supports two, with unlimited active automations and per-account analytics.
You can cancel at any time. On cancellation your automations stop at the end of the paid period and you keep access to your Lead List, which you can export as a CSV before you go. You can also ask us to delete your account and its data — see the Privacy Policy for how.
03 Everything else
ReplyZen reads the comments on the Instagram posts, Reels and Stories you choose. When a comment contains a keyword you set, it sends a direct message to that person automatically. You can optionally add a Follow Gate or an Email Gate before releasing a link, and every lead is saved to a list you can export.
Not yet. ReplyZen is in final preparation for launch. The product, pricing and templates on this site are final, but accounts cannot be created yet. Join Early Access and we will email you the moment your account can be created — that is the only thing that list is used for.
No. There is nothing to install and no code to write. You pick a template, choose the content, type a keyword, write the message and switch it on. The whole setup is designed to take a few minutes on a phone.
ReplyZen is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or partnered with Meta or Instagram, and it is not an official Meta product. It is built to work with Instagram’s messaging permissions rather than around them — you authorise access to your own account, and messages are sent to people who contacted you first by commenting. You remain responsible for how you use it and for following Instagram’s terms, and we will not help anyone use ReplyZen to send unsolicited messages.
A Follow Gate holds your reward back until the person follows you. They comment, they get a DM asking them to follow, and once they do, the link unlocks automatically. It is optional — leave it off and the DM is sent straight away. The Free plan includes up to 50 completions a month; Creator is unlimited within usage limits.
An Email Gate asks for an email address inside the DM before releasing the reward. The address is saved to your Lead List, and the Creator plan adds CSV export. The Free plan includes up to 50 emails a month; Creator is unlimited within usage limits.
Yes. Direct messages can contain text, an image or a link, and you can use name and username variables so the message addresses the person by name. On the Creator plan you can also add a delay before the DM is sent, and keep up to three variations of the message.
We have not announced a date, and we would rather not invent one. Launch depends on completing platform review, and committing to a date we cannot control would only mean breaking it. Early Access members are told first.
