How it works
The trigger is a keyword you control, not a setting you have to guess at. Set it to GUIDE, PRICE, LINK, or anything else your audience would naturally type. ReplyZen watches the comments on the content you attached it to, matches the keyword, and sends your message to that person.
You can run several keywords on the same piece of content, each with its own reply. A Reel about a free resource and a Reel about a paid product can live side by side, each sending a different DM to a different kind of commenter.
Because the DM arrives within seconds of the comment, the conversation still feels live. That timing is the difference between someone who forgets they commented and someone who replies back.
