Lead List & Export

Every automation that ends in a gate produces a record: who commented, what they asked for, and — if you used an Email Gate — how to reach them again.

How it works

The Lead List is the compounding part of ReplyZen. A single Reel might bring in forty comments; without a list, those forty people are gone by the next morning.

The Free plan includes the Lead List with up to 50 emails a month. The Creator plan adds CSV export so the list can move into whatever you already use.

01 Position in the flow

Where Lead List & Export sits.

Every feature in ReplyZen is a step in one pipeline. Seeing the whole track makes the individual parts easier to judge.

  1. 01

    Comment

Someone comments on your post or Reel.

  2. 02

    Trigger

ReplyZen detects the keyword you chose.

  3. 03

    DM

An automatic DM is sent to that person.

  4. 04

    Follow / Email Gate

An optional gate unlocks the reward.

  5. 05

    Content

They receive your resource, link or offer.

  6. 06

    Engagement / Lead / Sale

    The interaction becomes a result.

02 In the product

What it looks like once it is running.

ReplyZen keeps the setup on one screen and the results on another, so neither gets in the way of the other.
